Al Vaitkus
2005-2007
Al was a member of the Anti tank
Platoon while the unit was in
Japan.
Al resides in California.
Jim Lutes
is the current Secretary and
Treasurer of the Association.
Jim was first a mail clerk and then
a member of the Antitank platoon
in Support Company from 1954 to
1956.
He is currently re-elected for the
term of two years, from 2007 to
2009.

Bob Gee is the current Assistant
Secretary and Treasurer of the
Association.
Bob was the Company Commander's
driver while we were in Japan in 1955
and 56.
He is currently reelected for the term
of two years, from 2007 to 2009.

Officers are elected at the semi-annual meeting which takes place on
odd years at a designated site selected at the meeting the prior year.
Terms are for two years and begin at the end of the reunion where
they are elected. Their term ends at the end of the reunion two years
later.
Terms are without compensation and all time spent for Association
business and activities is voluntary.

Jim was the first president of the
Association.
He chose not to seek a second
term because he wanted someone
else to have the honor of this most
prestiges position
Frank "Speedy" Gonzales
3rd President
Speedy was a member of the First
Mortar platoon in 1955-56 while the
Company was in Japan.
He has been elected for the
2007-2009 Term.
